Day 9 - Wedding the Second

Well, this post is coming to you a little later than expected. Once I got back to Toronto, my brain was otherwise occupied, but I have finally finished the last post!

Mike and Carol's wedding was set in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Banff (or "Bamph," as Robbie and I like to call it to annoy the locals). Being relatively new to the family, I didn't know Mike very well and I hadn't even met Carol before, but they both seem like top-shelf folk and I wish them all the best.

I also got a chance to help Cathy out with a last-minute audition video! That was a lot of fun and I hope she gets the job.

Well, as we're back in Toronto now, I guess this will likely be the last post here for a while. Thanks for checking in on us and hopefully we'll see you again very soon.

Update

Well, the second wedding went very well. I haven't got time for the last video tonight, and we're headed back to Toronto tomorrow, so I will put it together and post it as soon as I get back.

Day 7 & 8 - So Very Tired

Well, we may not have had internet access for a couple of days, but that's okay since we didn't do too much anyway.

We spent most of Thursday just driving, after eating Saskatoon berry waffles at The Berry Barn. If you're ever going to have Saskatoon berries, then Saskatoon would be the place. They were very good. Like blueberries, only prarie-er.

We arrived in Drumheller just in time for the rain. We didn't get to spend a lot of time in there, unfortunately. We spent most of the time getting some much-needed rest, but did take the time to check out the giant dinosaur!

Then we took off for Canmore. As previously stated, the Rockies are big and beautiful. It was hard to drive while staring at them with my mouth open.

Tomorrow: Wedding the Second!
